BOXA-FUN BOXING CLASSES FOR KIDS
Boxa-Fun is a fun and energetic introduction to boxing for kids under 14 who want to stay active, learn basic boxing skills, and enjoy training in a positive group environment. Sessions focus on movement, coordination, confidence, and fitness through age-appropriate boxing activities, without the pressure of competitive boxing.
What age groups do your boxing classes accommodate?
Boxa-Fun classes are for children under 16. These sessions focus on fun, movement, and learning basic boxing skills in an age-appropriate environment. As children develop, progression into higher-level classes is guided by coaches based on readiness.
WHAT SHOULD I KNOW BEFORE MY CHILD JOINS BOXA-FUN?
Boxa-Fun is designed as a fun, structured introduction to boxing. These sessions focus on enjoyment, movement, confidence, and basic boxing skills in a positive group environment. Boxa-Fun classes are open and flexible, making them ideal for children who want to stay active and enjoy boxing without the pressure of competitive training.
What equipment is required for your classes?
No specialist equipment is needed to get started. Children should wear comfortable sports clothing and trainers. Boxing gloves and basic equipment are provided during sessions. As they progress, we may recommend personal gloves or kit.
Is sparring a requirement for my child?
No. There is no sparring in Boxa-Fun classes. These sessions focus on movement, basic technique, and confidence-building activities. Any introduction to controlled sparring happens much later and is always coach-led, optional, and discussed with parents beforehand.
Is there parking available on-site for parents?
Yes, we offer on-site parking for our members and visitors, though spaces are limited. Arriving early is recommended to secure a spot!
